ZEBOX offers two distinct acceleration tracks tailored to the specific needs of businesses at different stages of development:

• Startup Program: Designed for early-stage companies with prototypes or minimum viable products (MVPs). This program focuses on refining their solutions, ensuring successful market entry, and equipping them with the confidence to embark on fundraising journeys.
• Scale-Up Program: Geared towards more mature startups with proven solutions. This track emphasizes unlocking business opportunities with ZEBOX’s industrial partners, fostering team growth, and accelerating fundraising efforts to support global scaling ambitions.

The Program Structure

The acceleration program spans 12 months and is designed to offer a balanced mix of online and in-person engagements:

• Kick-Off: Participants will gather at Tangram, CMA CGM’s innovation and training center, for a comprehensive introduction to the program and its resources.
• Workshops & Mentorship Days: Regular mentoring sessions with industry leaders to foster co-innovation and tackle specific challenges.
• Visibility Initiatives: Opportunities to showcase innovations at international trade shows and pitch contests organized by CMA CGM.
• Wrap-Up: A concluding event to assess progress, refine strategies, and solidify partnerships formed during the program.

Conditions for Participation

To join the ZEBOX Acceleration Program, startups and scale-ups must meet the following criteria:

• Membership: Applicants must be part of the ZEBOX Club, a vibrant community of innovators dedicated to driving positive change.
• Maturity: Startups must achieve a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 5 or higher, while scale-ups should be at TRL 8 or beyond.
• Sustainability: Innovations should be sustainable by design, aligning with ZEBOX’s core focus areas.
• Thematic Alignment: Solutions should address one or more of the following themes:
  • Environmental Impact
  • Competitiveness
  • Employee Well-being & Safety at Work
