How can you make the most of thousands of internal documents when they are obsolete, inconsistent, or impossible to find? This is the daily challenge faced by large companies, faced with the chaos of their document bases.
To answer this question, KAI's proprietary AI technology is based on a set of intelligent agents using neural semantic graph algorithms.
These intelligent agents perform a semantic contextual indexing of all documents within the company (document databases, product sheets, user manuals, HR/IT/business processes, etc.).This analysis that preserves the meaning and context of documents, is comparable to that of a human.
As a result, inconsistencies are detected. The exact location within source documents enables companies to update their databases quickly and easily.
KAI also enables employees to search intuitively in natural language. The answers provided are exhaustive and contextualized.
“With LLM in general, the problem is garbage-in, garbage-out: document quality is not under control. Initially, we used KAI to complete the answer base on our helpdesk. Since then, we have been addressing other business use cases. We use KAI for natural language search and for updating our databases. It does amazing things.”, explains Vincent Lauriat, CTO and Deputy CIO at Veolia Water.
Unlike generative AI solutions that use vectorization, such as RAG (Retrieval-AugmentedGeneration), KAI guarantees reliable answers, while eliminating the risk of loss of meaningand hallucinations. The result is a significant improvement in the accuracy of responses toemployee queries: valid response rates of 90% or more can be achieved, far higher thansolutions currently on the market.
“We provide a solution that finally meets the real needs of companies: up-to-date and usableknowledge, quickly and with complete confidence.”, explain Stéphane Ngo and Olivier Jourdran, Co-Founders of KAI. “At KAI, technology adapts to human needs, not the other wayaround. A solution that frees employees from tedious searches, so that they can concentrate onvalue-added tasks, while enabling companies to gain control over their knowledge.”
This first round of funding will enable KAI to strengthen its R&D and Sales teams. In concreteterms, this means recruiting tech profiles (full stack developer, data scientist) and businessprofiles to accelerate growth (customer success, business developer, marketing manager).
“We were impressed by the team's ability and agility to decipher the mechanisms of a newgeneration of software, allowing to instantly take advantage of all the knowledge distributedthroughout the enterprise.”, adds Jean-Noel Grandval, co-founding partner of Seed4Soft.
