Action Logement

For more than 70 years, the utility of Action Logement,  a key player in social and intermediate housing in France, is to facilitate  access to housing to promote employment. Action Logement jointly manages the  Employer Participation in the Construction Effort (PEEC) in favor of employee  housing, business performance and the attractiveness of territories,  particularly the heart of medium-sized towns. Than its territorial presence, In  proximity to companies and their employees, its 20,000 employees carry out  two main missions on the ground. Build, rehabilitate and finance social and  intermediate housing, primarily in tense areas, contributing to the  challenges of eco-housing, energy savings and decarbonization, urban renewal  and social diversity. The Action Logement group has 45 Social business of  Housing, 5 intermediate housing subsidiaries and a portfolio of more than a  million housing units. Its second utility is to support employees in their  residential and professional mobility. The Group offers helpers and services  that facilitate access to housing, and therefore to employment, for  beneficiaries, whether they are young workers, employees on the move or in  difficulty.
